‘Tis the Season – For Happily Ever After

With Australia’s summer in full swing, and Christmas just around the corner, it is time for wedding bells to toll to the tune of Happily Ever After.

Love is patient, love is kind.

It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres…

Hi there! Thanks for your comments and the follow! I’ll definitely be keen to check out your blog as well! 😁

Do I read that as meaning that you are getting married?

    1. Jolene says:

Oh no! No need to celebrate on my account. It’s a friend’s wedding (perfect day for it, as always in Sydney). 6 years down the wedded path for me is perhaps time for commiserations?? 😅

      1. dogslegs says:

        Ha. I don’t believe you!

😳 Funny that I should be disbelieved when I’m more truthful here than I’ll ever be in real life with virtual strangers. Apart from my name (which I’ll admit is a pen name), the blog is my second home and I use the fabrics of my life to adorn it. Ultimately sharing is my liberty, and believing (or not) is yours 🙂

Wow. Even your comments are eloquent

        Thanks (I think)…
