I loved this book in high school! It wasn’t part of my English class readings but my friend recommended it. Read the whole book, unabridged, in three nights! Still one of favorite books. 😊
You did well to finish in 3 nights!! This is THE book to read if I were to recommend a book. Both for pleasure and life lessons. The transformation from Edmund Dantes to The Count is nothing short of remarkable.
I know. I don’t know if I could accomplish that fear again! Haha. A lot of life lessons in the book. I thought his thought process for dealing with the issues that arose while trying to get revenge made it all the more interesting.

I just read this book for the first time last December. Loved the story. Those are awesome quotes from it.
Great to hear! I read pretty much all of Dumas’ books in junior high and The Count is my absolute favourite. I still live by the quotes today.
